We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to join our Join the Te Amorangi Mātauranga Matua whānau. As Product Owner for, our Customer Relationship Management System Kiritaki, Genesys, and the Customer Contact Team's Knowledgebase platform. You'll lead the development and continuous improvement of these key customer-facing platforms. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure these products deliver real value and align with our organisational goals.
He angitūtanga: About the Role
- Own and manage the full product lifecycle for Kiritaki, Genesys, and Knowledgebase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and Kanban methodologies
- Prioritise and manage product backlogs and intake processes
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across platforms.
He kōrero mōu:What we are looking for
- 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner
- Deep understanding of TEC systems and related processes
- Proven experience with Agile and/or Kanban frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident managing all stages of the product lifecycle
- Tertiary qualification in business, design, or project management (or equivalent experience highly desirable)
- Scrum and/or Agile certification preferred
- Continuous improvement and innovation mind-set.
