Are you an experienced Recruitment Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and is ready to make an impact?
We’re after someone who’s confident using best-practice recruitment and selection techniques, including psychometric assessments, and who’s systems savvy.
But this isn’t just a delivery role – we’re looking for someone who brings fresh thinking, can challenge the status quo, and is always looking for ways to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
We’re committed to increasing Māori representation across our workforce, so knowledge of te reo Māori and/or tikanga Māori would be advantageous, and we’re interested in candidates who can help shape inclusive, culturally responsive recruitment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and give smart, best-practice recruitment advice.
- Support and coach managers to run smooth, timely recruitment processes that get great results.
- Identify gaps and help managers grow their skills in sourcing and selection.
- Create clever sourcing strategies and selection processes to bring in top talent.
- Work closely with other Recruitment Advisors and team members to deliver seamless support nationwide.
- Contributing to a fun, fast-paced team that values collaboration and curiosity.

- Proven experience and success as a trusted recruitment partner within a large, complex organisation.

- Confidence with people tech and the ability to work with recruitment data to identify trends and insights.
- Strong understanding of behavioural interviewing and selection.
- Experience using psychometric tools and assessments.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
- An understanding of Te Reo Māori and/or tikanga Māori - or a willingness to grow your understanding.
- Proven success in building relationships – and growing manager confidence and capability, modelling professional, objective problem-solving in all interactions.
