Our Business Support Team | Tautoko Pakihi, are responsible for empowering the wider organisation through effective and high-quality support services.
We are looking for a full-time permanent Receptionists/Kiripaepae, for our Business Support Team, who enjoys working in a varied and busy role in a dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be to provide high quality reception and support services to the Tertiary Education Commission and the Commerce Commission.
He angitūtanga: About the Role
- Providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Managing meeting room bookings.
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Managing mail and couriers.
He kōrero mōu: What we are looking for?
- Client focussed organised, detail and results orientated, with experience in reception role.
- Good administration skills
- Proficient in office and able to pick up administrative systems quickly.
- A strong team player.

Remuneration
The salary recruitment range for this position starts from $55k up to $64k, depending on demonstrable skills and experience
