We’re looking for an experienced leader to provide operational leadership to our Tenancy Team and ensure consistent, high-quality and compliant tenancy services across our housing portfolio.
About the role
Lead the day-to-day delivery of tenancy operations, support and coach kaimahi, improve processes, manage risk and performance, and ensure positive outcomes for tenant whānau.
Key responsibilities
- Lead tenancy operations and service delivery
- Coach and support Senior & Relationship Managers
- Monitor KPIs, compliance and risk
- Improve systems and workflows
- Oversee reporting and performance
About you
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong operational and process management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Organised, proactive and people-focused
- Housing or tenancy knowledge desirable
