We’re looking for a friendly, organised and community-minded person to be the welcoming face of our office and support our team with day-to-day administration.
About the role
You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants, whānau and visitors while keeping the office running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Front desk reception and customer service
- Answering calls, emails and enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and systems
- General admin and team support
- Helping coordinate office supplies and logistics
- Supporting community initiatives and events
About you
- Experience in admin, reception or customer service
- Confident communicator (in person, phone and email)
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Warm, professional and culturally respectful
- Comfortable working in a busy, people-focused environment
- Te reo Māori or Pacific language skills a bonus
