Lead a team that makes a real difference
We are looking for a motivated administration Team Leader to lead our busy specialist healthcare clinic where patient experience truly matters.
In this is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll play a key part in shaping how our patients experience one of the most important journeys of their lives.
About the role
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), permanent position based at our Auckland clinic (Remuera /Greenlane).
You’ll lead a team of administrators and be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, support your team to perform at their best, and maintain an exceptional patient experience.
In this role you’ll be leading from the front in a fast-paced, highly coordinated environment.
Key responsibilities
· Lead, coach, and support a team of administrators
· Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations including scheduling and patient flow
· Act as the key link between clinicians and administration team
· Oversee patient enquiries, bookings, and payments
· Identify and implement improvements to systems and processes
· Maintain a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
What we’re looking for
· 5+ years’ experience leading an administration or customer service team
· Experience in healthcare or a fast-paced, highly structured environment
· Strong coordination skills (scheduling, workflow management)
