Mō Manatū Wāhine - About Manatū Wāhine
Manatū Wāhine Ministry for Women is the Government principal advisor on improving the lives of wāhine women and kōtiro girls in Aotearoa New Zealand. We provide system leadership, working across government and with stakeholders to improve outcomes for wāhine women and kōtiro girls.

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi - About this role
This is a great opportunity to work in an entry level HR role doing the full breadth of HR coordination work, including payroll, recruitment and onboarding, employment contract documentation, reporting support, programme support and administration.
The role works very closely with the Principal Advisor HR who will assign and check work and provide support, guidance and coaching over all aspects of HR work.

As a self-starter with initiative, you have excellent organisational and information management skills.
You are comfortable juggling multiple priorities and processes, keeping them tracked and updated, while focusing on continuous improvement.
You bring expert attention to detail and agility to your work, while always maintaining a helpful and professional attitude.
Your understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and ability to apply this within the work that you do is important, but we are happy to support your learning in this area.
