Manatū Wāhine Ministry for Women advises the Government and works alongside others to represent diverse voices and improve the lives of women and girls in Aotearoa New Zealand. Our mission is to drive improvements for women and girls and support them to succeed. We provide system leadership with partners and stakeholders to improve outcomes for women and girls, and deliver a range of services and tools to increase women and girls' leadership, participation, safety, and wellbeing in society.

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi - About this role
As Coordinator Corporate Services, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our enabling functions. Reporting to the Deputy Secretary Organisational Performance and Services, you'll provide high-quality administrative, facilities, and IT support across the Ministry.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- providing coordination and administrative support across Corporate Services and the wider organisation
- contributing to Ministry-wide projects and initiatives, including an office move
- coordinating facilities management, including office supplies, equipment, and vendor liaison
- supporting IT and information services, including onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and troubleshooting.
Ko koe tēnei - About you:
- You have proven experience in office administration, facilities management, or IT support
- You have strong attention to detail and an ability to work methodically
- You're a proactive team player with excellent communication skills
- You're someone who likes taking initiative to champion the smooth running of an office and/or projects
- You're skilled in Microsoft Office and other business systems
- Your understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and ability to apply this within the work that you do is important, but we are happy to support your learning in this area
